The form
The form sends the notice code, the letter date, the amount and your phone number, plus the page you were on. One licensed tax professional receives them to contact you about that notice. We do not sell them or give them to anyone else.
The letter reader
A photo you take is read on your own device and never uploaded. When you press Explain, the text in the box goes to our AI provider so it can write the explanation. We do not keep that text; we log only the page and the time. Take out your name, address and taxpayer number before you press Explain.
Clicks and cookies
The site records clicks on the call button and tool use, with the page and test version, never the text you type. A cookie named cta remembers the order of the help boxes, and your browser stores the last notice code you looked up. Our host counts visits without cookies.
Deleting your details
Email contact@irs-notice-code.com to see or delete what you sent. IRS Notice Code, 55 E 11th St #1OTH, New York, NY 10003, is responsible for this site.
